    Dr. Debbie Wong (Osteopath)

    About Dr. Debbie Wong (Osteopath)

Debbie’s interest in osteopathy began when she discovered how beneficial and important a wholistic approach to health is. Growing up, she was always interested in science and biology, and was fascinated by the capabilities of the human body, which led her on her path to osteopathy. She has now been in practice for over 10 years, and her passion and enjoyment for osteopathy has only amplified. Her treatment philosophy is that she treats all patients like she treats her family and she will go above and beyond to make sure that her patients are well looked after.

Debbie is accomplished in the treatment of headaches, neck, shoulder and back pain, and postural problems, and is particularly interested in jaw/TMJ pain and injuries. Having had two children, she is also passionate about care in the pre and post natal periods. She believes in the most natural approach possible in all aspects of pregnancy, from preconception to postnatal, which allows new mothers and their babies to be in the most ideal state of health during what can be a challenging time both physically and emotionally.

Debbie strongly encourages all of her patients from children to the elderly to maintain an active lifestyle, and believes in the benefits of good nutrition from wholefoods and keeping hydrated.

In her spare time, you will find Debbie in the weights or cardio section at the gym, running around after her 2 boys and 2 chihuahuas, doing yoga, or spending time out and about with her family and friends.

    Fiona Lam

    Naturopath / NET practitioner

    About Fiona Lam

Fiona graduated from Southern School of Natural Therapies with a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy. As a child who suffered from asthma and recurrent respiratory infections, she experienced several adverse effects of conventional medicine without long-term resolutions, which led her to seek alternative options.

Fiona has 10 years of clinical experience, but her passion for health continues to grow with her knowledge in practice and ongoing professional education.

During her time in practice, Fiona observed the negative impact of stress on the mind and body. Stress was widespread and always a major component in her client’s health condition, which motivated Fiona to integrate Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET) as part of her practice. Positive treatment outcomes have significantly improved as a result.

Fiona also practices Total Body Modification (TBM) to further assist with identifying and correcting health problems for her clients. Her compassionate and positive nature is what makes her treatments for stress-associated symptoms such a success.

Fiona also specialises in anxiety/depression, weight loss and allergies.

In addition to her practice, Fiona founded Wander Base – A platform designed specifically to help teenage girls build self-confidence to overcome stress, anxiety and depression.

As a registered member of Australia’s leading natural therapies association (ANTA), Fiona attends seminars to remain updated with the latest scientific research in health conditions and treatment.

Fiona is dedicated to inspiring you to live a happy, healthy and fulfilling life as the best version of yourself.
